Font Deck is a 52-card playing set where typography takes center stage. Each card features a unique typeface, showcasing its defining characteristics, weight, and style. The four suits represent distinct font categories:

Hearts – Sans Serif
Clubs – Script
Diamonds – Display
Spades – Serif.

The project reimagines a traditional deck of cards through the lens of graphic design — merging education and play nto a single, tactile experience. Every card functions as both a design reference and a celebration of the craft of type, inviting users to explore how fonts convey tone, personality, and emotion.

Beyond its visual appeal, Font Deck serves as an educational tool for designers, students, and enthusiasts to engage with typography in a more hands-on way. The balance between form and function allows the deck to act as both a collectible and a learning resource — transforming everyday play into a typographic exploration.

This project explores the intersection of design, interactivity, and learning — turning cards into a deeper appreciation for the art and history of type.
